Prohibition doesn’t work because people like to drink and have drunk before. All prohibition led to was that liqupr that was very high in alchohaul and maybe unsafe became the norm. The war on frugs wasn’t a war on drugs but really a war on the ghetto anyway.

Why do you think such a correlation exists? I’ll tell you- Violent people make money from selling drugs BECAUSE THEY ARE ILLEGAL. Take away the illegality and you’ll also remove the association with violent crime.
