ANCHOR: In a new development in Colombia’s war on FARC terrorists, a high-up FARC leader who goes by the name “El Negro Antonio” has been captured by the Colombian military during a recent clash. Here’s more: STORY: The Colombian army announced on Friday (February 27) that it captured the FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia) rebel responsible for the kidnapping and execution of Japanese executive Chikao Muramatsu. Colombian Bernardo Mosquera (Mohs-KEH-rah) Machado, known as “El Negro Antonio” (Antonio the Black), was captured in battle in the western region of Sumapaz and was paraded to the media on Saturday (February 28). [General Oscar Gonzalez, Colombian Armed Forces]: “The suspects were ambushed when they traveled to collect a government reward for the death of rebel leader Mono Jojoy. (During) one of the latest offensive operations, we came in contact with Antonio Nariño of the FARC. And as a result of that, we had the results that you know about.” Soldiers fought FARC rebels in the mountains in Cundinamarca province. One soldier and ten rebels were killed in the operation and kidnap victim Gregorio Agular Alba, was rescued. Nine rebels were also captured. Three US military contractors were among the 15 hostages rescued by the Colombian forces that freed Ingrid Betancourt from Farc rebels. The contractors were working in Colombia as part of America’s 35-year effort to fight the production and sale of narcotics – the so-called War on Drugs. “Chavez added that he discussed politics with Penn, who said he would soon see U.S. President Barack Obama . Chavez said he’d asked Penn to tell Obama he should take action to earn his Nobel Peace Prize , and should scrap a plan for the U.S. military to increase its presence at bases in Colombia.”

Question: (Touchy question) sicarios and para military in Colombia good or bad?
Do you think the sicarios in Colombia are good or bad…. yes the hired killing of people (hit man) part is bad but is the city justice part really that bad especially how the government is now….?
It seems like some Para military dent like how the government is working now and they want to bring peace to Colombia “are they just trying to help?”
Killing innocent people is horrid and so is hired killings, but is killing criminals that haven’t gotten prosecuted by the government bad?
